NASA 3-D Radar to Study Haitian Quake Faults

NASA’s three-week airborne radar campaign to Central America and Hispaniola starts today and continues through Feb. 14. The JPL-built Uninhabited Aerial Vehicle Synthetic Aperture Radar, or UAVSAR, flies aboard a NASA Gulfstream III aircraft from NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, CA.
