Body of Missing Arcadia Man Found in Forest

On January 4 at approximately 12:30 a.m., the 2007 Toyota Matrix belonging to Julius Tinsley was located by the California Highway Patrol in the San Bernardino National Forest. The unoccupied vehicle was parked in a turnout along highway 18 approximately 2 miles north of the Snow Valley ski resort.
