Saturday, Dec. 5: Snow Festival. Snow is falling in Arcadia and the sledding fun is now! From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Arcadia Community Center. Should the weather outside be frightful, a rain-out date will be Dec. 12.
