CENTURY 21 Village Realty in Sierra Madre was one of the few real estate offices open on July fourth. This is the twenty third year that Village has participated in the annual Sierra Madre Parade and this year the office gave away hundreds of bags of popcorn and balloons to all of the parade watchers and participants.
Andy Bencosme, managing broker thanked all who helped blow up the balloons and hand out the popcorn. His son Adam and wife Wendy, agent “Rambo” and her son Cole, agent Julie Muttavangkul and her son Thai-ler, receptionist, Paula Howbert and agents, Emily Duggan, Jackie Adaimy, Tom James, Natalie Buliach and Philip Bechler all pitched in to help. The kids were especially helpful lining the parade route with CENTURY 21 Balloons. “It is our annual tradition to decorate the parade with balloons,” Bencosme noted. There wasn’t a stroller or child around that didn’t have a balloon or a bag of popcorn.
As usual, a good time was had by all and everyone is looking forward to participating next year. “The camaraderie and teamwork is one of the things I love about working at CENTURY 21 Village,” said Muttavangkul.
