City Manager Scott Ochoa fills in for Supervisor Mike Antonovitch

Realtors from San Gabriel Valley attended the 12TH Annual Tech and Business Expo on Tuesday, April 22 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Santa Anita Race Track. Sponsored by the AAR Tech and Affiliate Committee, the Expo offered exhibitors who will presented tools of the trade for real estate professionals in addition to educational breakout sessions for the latest industry news and trends. Door prizes, grand prize, food and fun.
A four-day cruise for two was the Grand Prize highlighting the nautical theme, “Destination Technology”.
Los Angeles County Supervisor, Michael Antonovich, was supposed to attend but at the 11th hour Monrovia City Manager Scott Ocohoa  spoke at the Turf Club.  More than 200 members of Arcadia Association of Realtors attended.
Ochoa’s theme was how the Gold Line,  which he hopes will eventually bring more business to the area, will also affect real estate and  help revitalize the market.
